This new series of Saturday morning workshops will begin on January 21 on the theme of Backbends. This doesn’t mean we will be doing 3 hours of Urdhva Dhanurasana; we will be building up the strength and flexibility of the back, hips and shoulders, looking at the mechanics of back bending, approaches to working in the poses and the place of backbends in an overall practice.
Suitable for those who have been doing Iyengar yoga for at least 1 year.
New Class - Gentle Beginner's
Tuesdays 7.30 – 8.30
This class will be suitable for complete beginners and is designed to be a gentler introduction than the other drop-in classes.
